Our client is now finding a Customer Service Officer who is supporting Macau Office.
Responsibilities:
Cross check if information on insurance application form is accurate.
Communicate (mainly in Mandarin) with customer to confirm the applied product details.
Data recording and input.
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or above.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
