Customer Services Officer 客戶服務主任

 Responsibilities
1. To handle customers' enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
2. To check and inspect all common areas
3. To check the patrol report and submit to the management office
4. To assist in monitoring the attendance of building management staff
5. Follow the instructions of the management staff
6. Handle enquiries and complaints
7. Any other duty as assigned by Assistant Property & Facility Manager

Requirements
1. Form 6 or above.
2. Minimum 1 years' relevant working experience
3. Uniform and shift duty is required
4. Independent and customer-oriented
5. Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese.
