Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements and Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Educational background in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Macau ID holder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE II).

Mon-Fri (9 am-6 pm)
