This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, creative, and enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment. As an ODC Manager, your primary objective will be to lead and manage the ODC teams, ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and drive the company's technological advancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire and manage the Offshore Development Center teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, with a particular focus on technical feasibility.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and collaboration.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and address any issues that arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for Neoson.

Requirements and Skills

• Preferably over 2 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in managing development teams.
• Educational background in IT, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects in the IT sector.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Macau ID holder.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Preferably certifications in HR management.

Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
