Neoson is on the lookout for a passionate and self-motivated Project Leader who thrives on challenges and has a keen curiosity for problem-solving. Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth project execution with a focus on customer success.

You will manage and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, ensuring resource availability and allocation, refining project management processes and workflows, and creating detailed project plans to monitor progress. Responsibilities

• Passionately coordinate Neoson's internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution with a focus on customer success.
• Take ownership to ensure Neoson's projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget with a results-driven mindset.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, with a particular focus on technical feasibility in network technology and an inherent curiosity about problem-solving.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs with an open-minded attitude and a focus on progress over perfection.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders with an open-minded, creative, and proactive approach.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks, driven by a self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for Neoson with meticulous attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves demeanor.

Requirements and Skills

• Preferably Over 2 years of experience in project management, preferably managing multinational or vendor projects.
• Preferably Over 2 years of experience in networking projects with expertise in network architecture, design, and implementation.
• Preferably Educational background in IT, computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
• Preferably a diploma or higher in information technology or electrical engineering.
• Proven experience as a project administrator in the network technology sector.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Macau ID holder.

Qualifications

• Preferably a diploma or higher in information technology or electrical engineering.
• Preferred PMP / PRINCE II certification.
