TICKETING, MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

 
Location: ZIPCITY Macau, Lisboeta Macau, Cotai

Schedule: 5 days per week (9-10 hours per shift); Wednesdays off; overtime for hours beyond 48/week.

About ZIPCITY Macau

Experience thrilling adventure at ZIPCITY Macau, inspired by iconic Las Vegas attractions. This immersive experience offers an audio-visual zipline, a challenge jump, and the scenic Tower Walk for adrenaline-seekers.

Role Overview
As a Ticketing, Marketing, and Customer Experience Specialist, you will ensure smooth retail operations, drive customer engagement, and support our team in delivering an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales
  • Oversee retail operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and customer-focused environment.
  • Manage ticket and merchandise sales, upselling add-ons and packages.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in-store, online, and via phone.
  • Encourage social media engagement by prompting guests to share their experiences.

Retail, Marketing & Promotions
  • Open and manage retail areas, assist with booking, and handle travel agent inquiries.
  • Coordinate promotions and special deals with agents and partners.
  • Record sales, track inventory, and complete admin reports
  • Manage social media interactions.
  • Take promotional videos for social channels and assist with content creation.
  • Assist zipline operations team as required.

We’re looking for an energetic, positive team player with a passion for customer service and adventure tourism. Punctuality, multi-lingual, a professional appearance, and a drive to create lasting memories for our guests are essential.
