澳門自來水股份有限公司於1935 年成立，為一家私營企業，主要業務是為本澳提供安全、穩定、優質的供水服務。公司於1985年重組（母公司為法國蘇伊士），與政府簽訂一項為期25年的供水專營合約。憑著卓越的服務表現於2009 年與澳門特區政府續簽為期20 年的《延長澳門特別行政區供水公共服務批給公證合同》，有效期至2030年7月。

Established in 1935, the Macao Water Supply Company Limited is a private enterprise in Macao which provides safe, reliable and quality water supply service. The company was restructured in 1985 (SUEZ is its parent company) and signed a 25-year water supply concession contract with the Macao Government. The superb water supply service during the period has earned the company a renewal of the “Extended Contract for the Concession of the Public Utility Service of Water Supplying in the Macao SAR” in 2009, valid for 20 years till July 2030.

助理工程師/工程師 – 新申請科 (客戶服務)

職位描述
1. 審查有關客戶供水系統設計圖則及資料；
2. 了解客戶供水工程報價之相關程序及內容；
3. 回覆有關供水計劃及申請的相關技術意見；
4. 與客戶協調新建築物供水方案，並進行現場量度及檢查，繪製供水接駁方案；
5. 適時及定期匯報供水申請進度；
6. 跨部門協調有關供水申請事項；
7. 完成上級安排或委派之相關行政職務。

技術要求
1. 大學畢業或以上，主修土木工程、給排水工程、機械工程或相關專業；
2. 1年或以上相關工作經驗，具較豐富經驗及資歷者將考慮聘為工程師；
3. 良好中英文程度；
4. 熟練AutoCAD繪圖及基本電腦文書操作；
5. 良好的中英文書寫能力及溝通能力；
6. 具輕型汽車或電單車駕駛執照；
7. 能於壓力下工作，具獨立性及責任感。

Job Description
1. Review the design drawings and information of customer water supply system.
2. Understand the procedures and contents of customer water supply projects.
3. Respond to relevant technical opinions on water supply plans and applications.
4. Coordinate with the customer on the water supply scheme for the new building, conduct on-site measurements and inspections, and draw up the water supply connection scheme.
5. Report the progress of water supply application in a timely and regular manner.
6. Coordinate across departments on water supply application matters.
7. Complete relevant administrative duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
1. University graduate or above, majoring in civil engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, or related majors.
2. 1 year or more of relevant work experience, those with more experience and qualifications will be considered as an engineer.
3. Good command of Chinese and English.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD and basic computer document operations.
5. Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English.
6. Possess a light vehicle or motorcycle driving license.
7. Able to work under pressure, with independence and sense of responsibility.
