汽車維修顧問 Service Advisor (Ref: BMM/HJ/SA/20260813)

作為客戶與維修團隊之間的重要橋樑，您將負責提供專業及優質的汽車售後服務，包括：

接待客戶並了解其車輛保養及維修需求
解答客戶有關車輛維修、保養及服務的查詢
跟進維修進度，並與客戶保持良好溝通
為客戶提供專業的維修建議及報價方案
處理相關售後服務文件及系統記錄
建立及維繫良好的客戶關係，提升客戶滿意度

入職要求:

中學畢業或以上學歷
具汽車行業工作經驗者優先考慮
工作積極主動、責任感強，具良好的服務態度
擁有良好的人際溝通能力
具良好的中文書寫及會話能力，並具備基本英文書寫及會話能力
熟悉電腦文書操作及一般辦公軟件應用
持有效輕型汽車駕駛執照優先考慮

工作時間:

星期一至五 08:30 - 18:30 (午膳時間1小時)
星期六 09:00-18:00 (長短週)
