Job Description:

Supervise and lead the engineering maintenance team to ensure efficient operations, high-quality service delivery, and optimal performance of facilities and equipment, while maintaining strong client relationships.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of company equipment and facilities (offices, branches, etc.) to ensure smooth and reliable operations;
• Lead and coordinate the engineering team, assign daily tasks, optimize manpower allocation, and monitor work progress;
• Arrange and oversee on-site repair and maintenance services, ensuring timely response and resolution of technical issues;
• Liaise closely with clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships;
• Evaluate repair and maintenance needs, prepare accurate quotations, and support cost estimation processes
• Manage procurement of equipment, spare parts, and materials, and oversee inventory control and warehouse operations;
• Ensure all engineering works comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies;
• Monitor service quality and ensure all tasks are completed within timeline and performance targets;
• Report regularly to management on operational performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Macau ID Holder
• Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Management, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team;
• Good customer communication skills and ability to independently manage on-site service and coordination;
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, and able to work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal and cross-department communication skills;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications;
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Electrical, HVAC, Fire Safety, Occupational Safety) are advantageous;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
