Our client, a market leader in property and casualty insurance programs, is currently looking for a Fire System Engineer - Maintenance to coordinate, organize, and supervise maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration, and addition (A&A) projects for fire services, while ensuring effective progress monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team in executing daily maintenance tasks effectively.

• Oversee the safety and quality of maintenance and contract work.

• Prepare plans, maintenance records, and generate reports on maintenance tasks.

• Ensure all tasks are carried out according to established standards with a focus on quality.

• Coordinate on-site activities, conduct material inspections, supervise work checks, and manage testing and commissioning processes.

• Effective collaboration with subcontractors is crucial to ensure timely project completion.

• Facilitate coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and on-site subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.

• Good written and spoken proficiency in both Chinese and English.

• 3-5 years of experience in fire or relevant engineering services is preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing skills and MS Office is essential.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
