Pre-Sales consultant (解决方案） HK / Macau - ICT ELV Surveillance

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for project-based technical advice, professional advisory for end user on hardware model and/or system selection as integrated solution.
Gather market’s demand and feedback to product team for product improvement.
Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
Work with the sales team to develop tailored solution, presentations, and proposals.
Provide product demonstrations and answer technical queries during the sales process.
Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in related discipline is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in all kinds of IT/ICT solution presales/ technical presales, or with solution design for tender proposal in current role.
Proficient in analyzing customers' needs and devising appropriate solutions
Possess expertise in hardware, software and systems related to ELV /IT/ communications
Proficient in Chinese, Cantonese, and English would be an advantage
