Project Engineer (ELV/ ICT/ IOT Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with external parties for projects maintenance, installation, and configuration.
Provide post-sales support to client or end user (ToB client) related to products and system by request.
Conduct project based technical trainings for good understanding in product and system features.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical insight on customer feedback for product optimization.
Maintain good CRM with customers and internal parties for high satisfaction rate
Act as a liaison between the internal (Headquarter) and external (technicians) to ensure seamless communication.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in related discipline is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in all kinds of Project engineer/ Engineer/ Technical Support with SI/ Supplier/ Manufacture
Possess expertise in hardware, software and systems related to ELV / IT/ communications/ electronics
Proficient in Chinese, Cantonese, and English would be an advantage
