Senior IT Officer / IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive support to the Group’s IT networks (Macau, HK and Shenzhen) and ensure the stability of the IT networks in particular ensuring that all the Firewalls, VM Servers, LAN/WAN, systems and applications, company websites / e-commerce portal, emails etc. can be properly and smoothly running in order to meet the operational needs
• Provide end-user supports for all IT HW and network matters at all the responsible sites, including China
• In charge of the cybersecurity of the IT network and ensure the regulatory compliance of the cybersecurity laws and requirements from the government authorities
• Coordinate and manage performance of 3rd party service providers
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Perform ad hoc IT projects as requested by Management
• Travel and work in China and Hong Kong occasionally

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• More than 5-years working experience preferably in the IT department of commercial organizations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Exchange server, Linux server, firewall administration, Windows XP/7/10, Microsoft Office etc.
• Sound knowledge in network administration and troubleshooting
• Holder of relevant Microsoft/CCNA certifications and/or software exposure (e.g. C#, Microsoft SQL & .NET) would be an added advantage. Knowledge of the website / e-commerce portal maintenance would be a big plus
• Good communication skills, including both written and spoken English. Basic Mandarin is a plus
• Able to travel and work with different cultures
• Self-motivated, logical mindset, can-do, independent and dependable
• Flexible and look for continuous learning and growth

Less experience shall be considered as IT officer.
