Software Engineer


Responsibilities

· Build up close relationships with partners and users

· Capable to take proper action and timely response for incidents reported directly from level one teams or users

· Handle service requests and provide on-site support

· Troubleshoot, identify and resolve technical problems

· Assist in project implementation

· Participate technical training/testing activities

· Deliver services such as troubleshooting, installation, configuration and customization for our software products

Requirements

· Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalence

· With 1-2 years relevant working experience

· Knowledge of Application, Networking and Operation system, Database in MSSQL and Oracle will be advantages

· Strong technical and client communication skills

· A fast learner and team player

· Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

· Able to work under pressure, a flexible, hardworking, positive minded, responsible, independent and self-motivated person
