Purpose of the Job

這崗位負責監督和管理澳門保時捷中心的業務績效和運營，以實現績效目標和企業經營目標。

The job incumbent will oversee and manage the business performance and operation of Porsche Centre Macau to achieve the performance target and company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• 負責澳門保時捷中心的業務盈虧。
  
• 作為公司的代表，在澳門發展保時捷品牌，使保時捷成為市場上最成功的豪華品牌。 實施和監管澳門保時捷中心的業務發展策略、績效目標和營運活動。
• 根據對業務計劃和預算的定期回顧，調整業務策略。
  
• 監督和執行業務流程和管理工具的標準化，負責日常營運，並確保合規。
• 依據公司設定的目標達成情況、相關績效指標和審計要求，評估新車銷售和售後部門的績效表現。
• 根據業務計劃，制定公司的人力資源規劃。
• 確保澳門保時捷中心維持良好的工作環境，提高營運效率，並維持客戶滿意度。
• 與香港、澳門和中國內地的公司內部利害關係人以及第三方建立密切關係，包括保時捷中國區域管理團隊。
• 帶領和發展團隊，以實現利潤目標和企業經營目標。
• Full P&L responsibility for Macau Porsche Business.
• Represent and develop the Porsche Brand in Macau and settle Porsche as the most successful luxury brand in the market. Implement and monitor the business development strategies, performance targets, and operational activities of Porsche Centre Macau.
• Adjust the business strategy according to periodic review on business plan and budget.
• Monitor and execute the standardization of business process and management tools, oversee daily operation, and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate the performance of New Car Sales and Aftersales departments according to the target achievement, relevant KPIs, and audit requirement set by the company.
• Develop workforce planning in line with the business plan.
• Ensure a good working environment within the Porsche Centre, enhance operational efficiency and maintain customer satisfaction level.
• Establish close relationships with internal stakeholders as well as third parties in Hong Kong, Macau, and PRC, including Porsche China Regional Management.
• Lead and development the team to attain profit target and company’s objectives.

• 大學本科畢業或同等學歷，相關專業優先考慮。
• 具 7 年汽車行業的實踐工作經驗，其中 3 年擔任管理職級。
• 了解和提倡保時捷品牌的價值、形象和特點。
• 在日常營運中，保持高度的專業精神和可靠性。
• 自我激勵，有商務思維，具領導能力和人際溝通能力。
• 良好的英語和中文能力，包括普通話。
• 工作地點：澳門。
• University degree with relevant major, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ solid work experience in motor industry with 3 years at managerial level
• Understand and advocate the value, image, and features of the Porsche brand
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in daily work
• Self-driven, business-minded, with leadership and strong interpersonal skill
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Work Location: Macau
