We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager of Marketing & Communications Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Area Director of Marketing and Communications in evaluating the performance of our brand website and analyze how to improve the presence of the hotels on the web and content management.
  • Assist the Area Director of Marketing & Communications in creating and executing strategic digital campaigns across all online channels including and not limited to social media and third party websites.
  • Champion Key Opinion Influencer projects from conceptualization, execution, to reporting; with the influencer database tracked to ensure it’s up to date and optimized
  • Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the hotels on all social media tools to maximize the online exposure of the hotels.
  • Monitor and develop online advertising mediums pertaining to the hotels and brand in compliance with hotels standard.
  • Ensure the hotels’ content (photography & descriptions) across all online channels remain accurate and brand compliant.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotels’ descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.
  • Load and update content (photography & descriptions) for the hotels on all online channels in cooperation with the Area Director of Marketing & Communications.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
  • Create an e-Commerce / Digital Marketing action plan outlining the activities with strategies and promotional messages with a mission to curate a complete digital consumer journey from driving awareness to conversion.
  • Monitor and maintain database and ensure data is accurate and properly segmented.
  • Assist with departmental meeting and promotional planning.
  • Assist in evaluating the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors.
  • Assist the Area Director of Marketing & Communications in monitoring and implementing the full year online marketing and advertising plan.
  • Coordinate with other departments for gathering information for promotions / message in e-channels.
  • Research and understand the new market trends.
