Jardine Schindler Lifts (Macao) is wholly owned by Jardine Schindler Group, a Joint Venture between Jardine Matheson, one of Asia's foremost trading houses and Schindler Group of Switzerland, Europe's premier lift and escalator company. We design, install, maintain and modernize any types of lift, escalator or passenger conveyor in South East Asia and Hong Kong.

We are now looking for a suitable candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance portfolio, from the service contract offer to the collection of bad debts including follow-up actions.
Manage repairs from offer to completion including the collection.
Manage and follow-up actions of customer claims and complaints.
Prepare and fulfill budget and key metrics.
Ensure compliance with employment and health and safety procedures.
Promotion of modernization and FR sales.
IOEE Project Management.

Requirement:

Degree holder. Preference in engineering and Economic discipline
At least 2 years in lifts & escalators and related business
Strong leadership, customer service & relationship skills & Business management skills
Good command in English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Macau ID holder is a must
