Brand Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support leasing activities including tenant sourcing, screening and negotiation
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and internal teams on tenancy matters and documentation
• Assist in brand recruitment, client liaison and relationship management
• Conduct market research on brands, tenant mix and retail trends
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and related documentation
• Monitor project progress including renovation and timeline follow-up
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain proper filing system for brands, tenants and suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
• 4–5 years’ experience in retail, leasing or property-related fields
• Familiar with leasing procedures, tenancy agreements and retail market practices
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-minded, self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Immediate availability is an advantage
