Role: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote the Digital Hotelier platform.
Engage and convert hotels and hospitality clients into active subscribers.
Secure subscription agreements and ensure smooth coordination with the operations team and onboarding procedures.
Manage renewals, payments, and client relationships.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.
Maintain client satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of sales or hospitality experience.
Strong command of English & Cantonese Chinese.
Willing to meet new people & strong networking ability.
Solid background in the hotel industry with an established network in Macau or Hong Kong preferred.
