Client Engagement Executive

Job Overview
Pico’s mission is to deliver tomorrow’s impactful experiences to clients today. The Company therefore adopts an Integrated Marketing Communications approach to solve clients communications problems. The position requires candidates to be versatile in working with the account management team in developing and producing omni-channel and offline-online communications and activation programmes. We welcome applicants who are savy in digital and social media platforms, comfortable to rely on technology to constantly create innovative solutions, and with a global multi-cultural mindset with a sense of adventure to join us.


Roles and responsibilities

  • Assist to develop communication strategy for clients based on product differentiation, consumer insights and market environment resulting in creative and media campaigns that are consistent with the communication strategy
  • Support the execution with regional account lead in major brands in the GBA
  • Manage 360o holistic campaign launches encompassing ATL, BTL, online and social media effectively internally or with partners
  • Develop effective marketing plans with relevant targeted content to drive awareness and maximise sales conversions for clients, based on understanding of consumer journey and relying on digital and technology to achieve the desired objectives.
  • Measure marketing ROI efficiency
  • Support in the creation of ATL and BTL campaign materials to communicate client’s leadership and brand positioning
  • Support in the planning and creating of exciting and relevant content to engage client’s fans in 2-way conversations on social media via a content calendar
  • Assist to pitch and win for regional projects

Job requirements
  • Degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising preferred
  • Fresh graduates with related intern experience in marketing is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills, multi-task and ability to follow-up
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • Savy in technology / digital space
  • Ability to plan / write / present campaigns
  • Good understanding of BTL experiential / events
  • Based in China, traveling within China and the GBA is required
