Director of Marketing & Communications

Job Responsibilities:

Provide marketing communications direction to support the Group’s operations;
Establish and maintain strong networks with media for building corporate image and promotion;
Identify new marketing trends and consumer needs;
Manage the Customer Loyalty program of memberships;
Design and develop various online and offline promotion programs, campaign & etc.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day performance of social media (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat) and online marketing platforms (website, e-commerce and email campaigns);
Manage Company website contents;
Lead the team to develop and drive marketing strategies;
Drive content creation and traffic (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads);
Undertake project and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines;
Minimum 8 years solid experience, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
Experience in managing social media and website content, SEO/SEM and driving successful content marketing, digital marketing and e-commerce;
Good knowledge of social media trends of Macau, Hong Kong and China markets;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong leadership and delegation skills;
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills;
Ability to adapt quickly to varying situations, make quick decisions, and take appropriate actions;
Experience in e-biz platform is preferable;
Flexible, self-motivated, and result driven;
Flexible working arrangement between Hong Kong and Macau office.
