Our client is a well-known retail establishment. They are now seeking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to join them.
Responsibilities:
Develop marketing and branding objectives in alignment with company goals.
Expand marketing solutions for both internal and external customers.
Collaborate with sales operations heads and executives to create effective marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends and consumer statistics to develop targeted marketing and promotional strategies within budget constraints.
Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials.
Engage customers through various social media channels.
Cultivate relationships with media and business partners, leading content generation and production across all media platforms.
Drive CRM and direct marketing initiatives, as well as sales promotion activities.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing teams to identify and pursue strategic partnerships.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales promotion team.
Manage direct communications with customers through the VIP Customer Loyalty Program.
Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 15 years of sales and marketing management experience with a proven track record of success.
At least 10 years of marketing management experience in the retail business.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales and marketing plans.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
