Responsibilities

Overview for Macao Business and work closely with Hong Kong Head Office
Responsible for the operation and business development of medical equipment and pharmaceutical companies
Evaluate marketing development plans
Analyze and promote related sales reports and expand new customers
Develop strategies and programs targeted at both consumer and trade channels
Conduct analysis in relations to price and promotion activity
Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and external agencies
Work closely with sales team to achieve the assigned sales target
Lead the marketing team to expand the market to achieve performance goals

Requirements

Business Administration or Marketing related subjects
A minimum of 20 years’ working experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 12 years’ in management.
Clinical medical knowledge, pharmaceutical logistics and pharmaceutical cold chain management experience are required.
Experience in managing over 100 or more employees
Strong analytical skills and excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
Fluently in English and Cantonese
