Marketing Assistant

Taipa Village Destination Limited is leading the promotion of the brand concept Taipa Village - Authentic Macau, with the goal of attracting both local and international visitors to this increasingly popular heritage district. Its primary goal is to foster “sustainable heritage” in Taipa Village - the blending of architecturally beautiful local shop houses with vibrant retail and food and beverage concepts, which benefit the wider Macau community and become a new tourist attraction in their own right.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the team in managing various social media channels of Taipa Village, including content and visual development;
• Management of the company website with regular content update;
• Support the team in handling media relations from different markets, media lobbing, press release and related correspondence development, daily news monitoring and clippings;
• Photography and videography handling with service providers;
• Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and special events, collaterals development and related promotional activities;
• Support the team in the daily operation tasks of Taipa Village Art Space;
• Work closely with the team to foster cohesion among the local business and merchants in Taipa Village;
• Provide general support to the team in various aspects, from administration to project execution that benefits the expansion and development of Taipa Village destination;
• Administration support for marketing team and other tasks assigned by department head;

Requirements:
• Macao ID holder;
• Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Media/Public Relations, or other related disciplines;
• Possess of 1-2 year’s working experience in the media/PR/Marketing field will be an advantage;
• Proficiency with good oral and written skills in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Strong coordination and organization skills;
• Capability in using different software tools(graphic design tools, APP for visual development, WordPress) will be an advantage;
