職位簡介:

• 主要負責澳門物業日常及階段性市場營銷與推廣活動
• 在經理指導下，參與制定並執行市場推廣計劃
• 協助建立及維護中國及澳門本地媒體關係
• 配合集團總部及區域辦公室執行品牌推廣活動
• 與營運部門緊密協作，確保品牌形象一致及正面呈現
• 發掘並洽談周邊合作夥伴，為住客提供增值體驗
• 為銷售渠道提供專業且具時效性的市場支援資料
• 確保所有市場相關內容符合集團品牌標準
• 確保對外發布的物業圖片及資訊保持一致、準確及符合品牌定位
• 定期分析及匯總各市場推廣渠道的成效
• 協助策劃、協調及執行媒體考察及試住活動
• 編制每月媒體及市場報告，並向管理層及業主匯報
• 完成上級主管指派的其他相關工作

要求：
本科及以上學歷，主修新聞、傳播或公關專業優先考慮。
1-3 年相關工作經驗。
在酒店或房地產行業有良好的媒體關係和資源者優先考慮。
熟練使用社交媒體。
具豐富的活動組織經驗。
熟練的中英文語言能力；良好的寫作技巧和溝通技能。
良好的團隊合作精神和快速學習能力。




Job Description:
 Mainly responsible for managing routine and ad-hoc marketing activities
 Assist the Manager in developing and executing practical city-level marketing plans
 Support revenue-driven digital marketing programs
 Assist in establishing and maintaining media relationships in China and Macau
 Support headquarters and regional offices in executing branding campaigns
 Provide marketing support to operational teams
 Identify and negotiate potential partnerships
 Provide effective marketing materials to support sales channels
 Ensure property images and information exposed are consistent and positive
 Regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
 Assist in planning, coordinating and hosting media FAM trips
 Compile monthly media and marketing reports for owners and management
 Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations is preferred.
• 1-3 years relevant experience in marketing, branding, or media-related roles.
• Experience working with media in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus.
• Familiar with major social media platforms
• Experience in event planning or execution is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
• Good team player and quick learner.
