Responsibilities • Administration support and daily tasks for Taipa Village marketing operation. • Content management – development of marketing, event and public relations materials, including copywriting, photos, videos and other media content in relation to F&B areas and Taipa Village destination. • Plan and execute marketing promotion campaigns, collaterals production, website and daily / regular social media channel management for Taipa Village destination and respective restaurant channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat and Red note, Dianping, Open rice). • Plan and execute promotions to drive sales activities for designated restaurants in Taipa Village, in close collaboration with the operation team. • CRM management and e-news distribution to Taipa Village database. • Organize and execute special projects, CSR / community programs and festivities. • Media relations and lobbying - organize media tours and activities within Taipa Village to lobby media across different markets (mainly Greater Bay China, followed by regional and overseas cities). • Monitoring news clippings and media coverage. • Plan and execute art and cultural projects in Taipa Village - including art exhibitions, workshops and other special programs to coincide with the Macau government’s art and cultural creative policy. • Development of official documents and related correspondence to Macau Government for designated applications. • Establish a sustainable relationship network with local business and merchants in Taipa Village to identify potential collaboration opportunities and joint promotions that benefit Taipa Village tourism, social and economic development.
