    澳門新苗超級市場一人有限公司創辦於1990年。是一家以經營零售超級市場,兼營出入口貿易以及商品批發的企業公司。1998年開拓第一家分店起,發展到現在已是擁有20家連鎖超市分店。

Marketing Manager

 Job Description:
(1) Market Strategy & Planning
• Develop marketing plans in line with Macau market trends and San Miu's business strategy.
• Formulate annual and key project marketing plans, translating business growth strategies and objectives into clear marketing actions.
(2) Content & Brand Communication
• Manage the content strategy for owned media channels (e.g., official website, WeChat Official Account, App, in-platform content spaces).
• Collaborate with creative, photography, and design teams to create compelling visual and content experiences, enhancing consumer/merchant awareness of products and activities.
(3) Marketing Campaign Execution & Operations
• Oversee the full-cycle management of marketing activities from planning to execution, including new product launches, promotional campaigns, and member marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Purchasing, Operations) to ensure alignment on campaign timelines, materials, budget, and resources.
• Continuously optimize campaign strategies based on market feedback and user insights to improve ROI and conversion efficiency.
(4) Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation
• Establish and monitor marketing KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement rate, content usage rate, conversion rate), providing management with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimize content and campaign performance through A/B testing, post-campaign analysis, and analysis of loyalty and behavioral data.

Qualifications:
I. Education & Work Experience
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
3. Familiarity with the Macau local market environment and consumer characteristics. Experience in Supermarket business or backgrounds in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries are preferred.

II. Professional Competencies
1. Strategic Planning: Possesses strategic planning abilities, capable of developing annual and key project marketing plans based on market trends and company business strategies; skilled at translating business growth goals into clear, executable marketing actions.
2. Brand Communication: Experienced in managing content strategy for owned media channels (official website, WeChat Official Account, App, in-platform content spaces); able to collaborate efficiently with creative, photography, and design teams to build attractive visual and content experiences; possesses sensitivity to brand tonality and can effectively enhance consumer and merchant awareness of products and activities.
3. Campaign Management: Experienced in managing the full lifecycle of marketing activities, from planning to execution, including new product launches, promotional campaigns, and member marketing; capable of coordinating cross-departmental collaboration (Purchasing, Operations) to ensure alignment on timelines, materials, budgets, and resources; able to continuously optimize campaign strategies based on market feedback and user data to improve ROI and conversion efficiency.
4. Data Analysis & Evaluation: Proficient in establishing and monitoring marketing KPIs (e.g., reach rate, engagement rate, content usage rate, conversion rate); able to provide management with clear, actionable data insights and optimization recommendations; experienced in A/B testing, campaign reviews, and analysis of loyalty and behavioral data to continuously drive improvement in content and campaign performance.

III. Personal Attributes
1. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of driving cross-departmental collaboration.
2. Experienced in team management, able to lead and motivate subordinates to achieve goals.
3. Results-oriented, with clear logical thinking, strong stress tolerance, and execution ability.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
