Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance brand image. * Plan, organize, and execute product launches and sales promotions across channels. * Liaise with internal teams to execute campaigns and prepare marketing communication materials. * Collaborate closely with internal departments of marketing messages and promotional details. * Take ownership of content curation and management for various channels (e.g., social media, website) to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that support sales and customer retention. * Monitor and analyze website performance, digital marketing initiatives, and social media engagement. * Track, measure, and report on the performance of all websites and marketing campaigns against ROI goals to assess their effectiveness. * Enhance brand visibility through video development and graphic production. * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy development. * Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline. * Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the retail industry. * Excellent analytical and communication skills. * Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. * Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. * Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). * Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut is a plus.
