Neoson is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Account Manager who embodies ownership and a proactive attitude. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to present our cutting-edge products and solutions to potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will not only manage client relationships but also serve as a key account leader. You will guide and mentor junior account managers, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and uphold our standards of excellence. Your role will include developing and implementing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

You will be instrumental in setting performance benchmarks and providing continuous feedback to drive team success. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the IT service sector.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Beopen-mindedandadaptive,self-drivento assistwithtasks assigned byNeoson’smanagement, including report preparation, administrative duties, andrecordingmeetingminutes.

Requirements:

  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of successful project wins or revenue growth.
  • Ability to think strategically and deeply to scale business opportunities and identify potential growth areas.
  • Skilled in understanding customer pain points and providing tailored solutions to address their needs.
  • Proven experience in sharing successful case studies and best practices to build client confidence and drive sales.
  • Diploma or above, preferably with an IT-related background.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales activities, preferably in IT services or related industries.
  • Prior experience in sales support will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Macau ID holder is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Skills

  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

  • Ability to develop creative business strategies and identify untapped opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
  • Strong commitment to meeting and delivering on budget and revenue targets.
