We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Administration Officer to join our Customer Service Team in Macau. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, processing customer orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales administration operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive customer service to customers and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support daily sales activities and customer requirements
• Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, product availability, and related inquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective order fulfillment
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in the company's system
• Perform various administrative and office duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Macau ID card holder
