Job Description: - To increase public awareness of Home Media via different social media and programs - To explore market trend and new contents for fruitful content portfolio and attractiveness of Home Media - To monitor and manage Home Media contents service and features - To maintain and manage / update content information in different CTM channels (external and internal) - To maintain good relationship with vendor, content providers and internal parties - To analyze on different contents performance and work out different programs to increase subscriptions - To provide usage reports and monitor content program effectiveness - To work with Frontline, Hotline and Complaint Team to handle customer enquiry and complaints Requirements: - Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration / e-Commerce - Fluency in spoken/written English and Chinese - Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage - One year or more of experience related to contents management of website and social media - Good business sense and up-to-date awareness with the market trends - Innovative, creative and proactive in sharing ideas and insights for business enhancement/awareness/development - Good at job prioritization and meeting tight deadlines - Good communication, organizing and interpersonal skills
