Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and driven Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to join our dynamic team based in Macau. This role is responsible for supporting the creation, development, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio of art, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment brands, ensuring alignment with the Group’s branding and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

Assist the line manager in planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for event planning and execution, including brand activations, pop-ups, seasonal promotions, and more.
Conduct creative briefs and oversee the production process from concept development and project presentation to budget management and final execution.
Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging marketing materials such as banners, key visuals, and in-store collaterals.
Manage and create content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu).
Track and report campaign performance through data analysis and post-event reviews.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to generate strategic insights.
Provide hands-on support during events and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of work experience for Executive level; minimum 3 years for Senior Executive level, with at least 2 years in a relevant field.
Good command of Cantonese and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage.

Skills / Competencies

Passionate about fashion, art, entertainment, and lifestyle brands.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexible with working hours, including availability to work beyond regular hours or on weekends when required.
Self-motivated, friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic.
