項目營運主管
我們正在尋找一位積極主動、具備技術知識的 項目及營運主管，負責監督及協調建築與維護項目。此職位需要良好的組織能力、解難技巧，以及在壓力下同時處理多項工作的能力.

職責
  • 協調承建商、顧問、公共事業公司及政府部門，確保項目順利推進
  • 監察施工及維護進度，符合設計、安全及監管要求
  • 負責工作許可申請及跟進批核
  • 確保項目按時、按質、按預算完成
  • 定期向項目經理及持份者匯報

資歷要求

  • 文憑或以上學歷，相關專業優先
  • 2-3年以上現場監督經驗，公共基建項目經驗更佳
  • 熟悉澳門挖掘許可程序者優先
  • 能獨立工作，抗壓能力強
  • 如有需要，願意接受夜班或通宵工作安排
  • 良好粵語溝通能力，並具基本英語或普通話

Project and Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction and operation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction and maintenance projects across Macau. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage different activities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility companies, and government departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor construction and maintenance progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead in the preparation and submission of work permit applications and follow up with relevant authorities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in public infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Familiarity with excavation permit procedures in Macau is a strong advantage.
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts and during nighttime as required.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese and basic proficiency in English or Mandarin.
