衛晉 (澳門) 有限公司 GuardSolutions (Macau) Limited Basic Function/General Scope of Work The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sustainable financial growth by forging strong relationships with new clients, partners, and strategic alliances. This role focuses on lead generation, market expansion, negotiation, identifying new business opportunities, closing deals and managing the delivery of projects. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Business Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet organizational goals and drive growth. Identify new market segments and map out long-term corporate growth paths. • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor landscape and stay updated on industry trends. • Product Management: Define the strategy, roadmap, and feature set for products. Bridge the gap between business goals, engineering capabilities, and user needs to build the right product. • Project Management: Lead, organize and execute projects. Ensure to deliver assigned projects on time, within budget, and according to the specified scope. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with external organizations to enhance market presence and drive collaborative growth. • Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives to increase sales and revenue through new client acquisition and existing client retention. Achieves sales target set by the Company. • Negotiation and Contracts: Handle negotiations and finalize contracts with clients and partners, ensuring mutual benefits. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of business activities, and provide performance improvement plan. Qualifications & Competencies • Experience: At least 3 - 5 years in Business Development, Sales, Project Management or related role with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets. • Education: University Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience. • Skills:
