Commercial Manager

Self-motivation and shall lead a team to handle overall management of contractual and commercial issues for building construction project.
Experience in contract administration, claims preparation, with commercial and legal/arbitration knowledge, conversant with various forms of conditions of contracts, cost control and planning as well as strategic management.
Excellent command of English.
Degree or above in quantity surveying or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualification.
Minimum 10 years relevant post qualification experience of which 4 years with main contractors in leading commercial role for large scale building contract.
Experienced in Hotel/Casino project is highly preferred.
Excellent command of written English and Chinese
