Project Coordinator 項目助理

職責

協助項目主管啟動及規劃廣告工程項目
監控安裝流程和工序，確保達質量合乎標準
與內部和外部相關各方聯繫，控制工程之時間和成本
於現場進行檢查和拍照作銷售和運營用途

要求

至少具備一年項目協調和管理的經驗
具良好的溝通、組織、項目管理及問題解決能力
具責任感，願意在壓力下工作，並在需要時加班
能夠獨立工作及與團隊協作
持有有效的摩托車及私家車駕駛執照
具備操作 AutoCAD 或同類軟件的經驗和知識

Responsibilities

Assist Project supervisor in initiating the overall project planning
Monitor the installation workmanship to achieve high-quality works standard
Liaise with internal and external parties to achieve time and cost control
Site checking and photo taking to support sales and operations

Requirements

1 year experience with project coordination and management
Good communication, organization, project management / problem-solving skill
Responsible, willing to work overtime, and under pressure
Work independently and as part of a team
Valid driving license for motorcycle and private car
With experience in AutoCAD or similar softwares
