Key Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager/Project Manager:

Project Planning and Execution:

Lead, manage and oversee large scale fit-out construction projects for hotels, casinos, retail and commercial space in Macau
Lead the team to manage domestic sub trades including MEP, ELV, STRUCTURE, and AV etc.
Lead the team to develop project plans, schedules, and work sequences.
Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and specifications.

Team Leadership:

Lead, and manage project teams, including project managers, design managers, and project quantity surveyors.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Budget and Financial Management:

Risk Management:

Quality Assurance and Control:

Ensure all construction work meets the highest quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and changes.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Problem Solving and Decision Making:

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management and clients.

Qualification/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management (at least 10 years), with a track record of successful large scale project delivery. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Project Manager role.
Experience with project management software such as MS Project；AutoCAD a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
