Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Building, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 15 years in building construction or fitting-out projects. • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and industry-specific software. • Preferred Expertise: Experience in large-scale or luxury fitting-out projects (e.g., hotels, casinos, high-end developments). • Core Competencies: o Exceptional organizational, coordination, and leadership abilities. o Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. o Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken). • Responsibilities: Oversee project execution, lead strategic planning, manage teams, and ensure timely project delivery. Note: Candidates with less experience may be considered for Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager roles.
