Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a wide range of duties including administration of main contracts and subcontracts, sub-consultants’ claim, and preparation of VO;
• Responsible for VO submission; follow up VO assessment; preparation of interim payment application; formulation of EOT claim and loss & expense claim;
• Assist in construction contractual matters (including: contract drafting, contract review, advise on contract claim dispute resolution) in different countries;
• Assist in contract negotiation with developers, sub-consultants and other parties;
• Overseas travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering;
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience related to project costing/construction/contractual management/QS experience;
• MHKIS/MRICS or equivalent preferable;
• Relevant experience in large-scale mixed use development is advantageous;
• Strong independence and sense of responsibility and initiative;
• Good command of both written and spoken English;
• Candidate with less qualification requirements would be considered as Quantity Surveyor role;
• Macau citizen is a must.
