Job Description:

• Brands Recruitment; including initial approach, negotiation and finalizing terms and conditions
• Review and manage legal contract and documentation
• Develop relationships with tenants and brand contact lists
• Analyze consumer buying patterns and evaluate market trends;
• Periodically conduct market research, gather competitor and customer information in order to ensure leadership position in the market
• Assist Director and Superior to develop policies & procedures of Retail
• Plan, develop and monitor as regards financial budgets
• Represent and reinforce the strategy through maintaining the highest of standards in customer service
• Assist Director and superior to identify, plan and implement business development opportunities

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Retail industry
• Experience in Retail Management and Mall Management will be an advantage
• With extensive contacts and connection with Retail and F&B brands
• Some knowledge of budgeting & planning
• Good PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Professional appearance
• Excellent interpersonal skills; team spirit
• Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and work with deadlines
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to communicate effectively with Retailers and team members
• Sensitive to stakeholders’ needs and interests and be able to manage these effectively
