Our client is a Property Management Company in Macau. They are now looking for Property Management Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the property management team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for effective property management.
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for various service providers.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Respond to tenant/owner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed property records and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., accounting, leasing) to ensure seamless operations.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Requirements:
College degree or above.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in property management.
Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and basic English communication skills in speaking and writing.
Proficient in the use of relevant computer applications, preferred.
Responsible, strong execution skills, able to work under pressure.
Possess good management skills and leadership abilities.
Knowledgeable about the market conditions of property management in Macau.
Well-versed in the relevant laws, regulations, and implementation requirements for property management services.
Hold a Macau light vehicle/light motorcycle driving license.
Hold a "Professional Management Personnel in Property Management" certificate.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
