POSITION SUMMARY: The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and management of Procurement and Warehousing Programs within the organization. This position plays a key role in driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and ensuring governance across various processes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the department's processes, policies, SOP, guidelines and etc. 2. Conduct review and revise business process to align and adopt with technology changes. Continue to improve current processes to identify potential gaps and areas for process improvements. 3. Collaborate and partner with other departments such as Organizational Systems & Effectiveness , Risk Management and etc to access and improve processes. Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders for business process development. 4. Communicate closely within Procurement & Warehousing team for updates and feedbacks on departmental policy, business process, level of authority and delegation. 5. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process maps. Maintain a centralized database for all business process documents 6. Perform regular review on Procurement & Warehousing operations and ensure adherence to policy and SOPs 7. Propose methodical mechanisms for the measurement, monitoring, and collection of feedback on the performance of business process deployment 8. Identify exception and non-compliance matters and propose business process improvement plans 9. Monitor corrective actions in response to the identified risk 10. Collaborate with Training & Development team to set up training plans within Procurement & Warehousing team 11. Coordinate internal training programs, monitor completion status and maintain a master training records within Procurement & Warehousing team. Design surveys to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs. 12. Advise team members on all process and governance controls related queries and recommend solutions and remediation plan. REQUIREMENTS: 1. At least three to five years of relevant working experience 2. Degree holder from an accredited institution in the field of business administration, supply chain management, statistics, economics or mathematics 3. Strong spoken and written English and Chinese 4. Good logic and reasoning along with good analytical and visualization skills 5. Confident in interacting with people including senior management 6. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio 7. Experience in audit is an advantage
