POSITION SUMMARY:
Report to the Senior Manager, the Procurement Category Manager is responsible to assist Senior Manager for supervising all procurement related activities in Macau including create to completion of procurement strategies in the all services and contractual requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement procurement strategies according to company direction
• Maintain and build Market intelligent of services provider, familiar with contact requirements in Macau and ensure alignment with company policy.
• Supplier management and development on assigned trades
• Ensure effective communication between Procurement to External and Internal customers
• Lead the procurement team in price negotiation to obtain the best possible end cost the company and / or respective business units
• Provide all necessary guidance, motivation an support to sub-ordinate
• Ensure all procurement team members are in compliances of Policy and Procedure
• Additional responsibilities and not limited to the above lists

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, Professional qualification Preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience in hospitality industries with at least 3 years in management position in procurement related functions. Pre-opening experiences preferred.
• Proven record on handling services contract, preferably in the hospitality and Casino industries.
• Self Discipline and able to work with minimal supervision
• High Integrity with trustworthy personality
• Excellent in communication and negotiation skill
• Must be able to adapt changes well, able to work well under pressure
• Microsoft office program and ERP system in procurement will be as advantage
• Understand the difference between Strategic procurement vs purchasing
• Fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) in both oral and written
