The WDG Macau Ltd. customer base includes several large internationally registered public companies as well as many significant privately held entities.

The senior management team within the group comprises, of necessity, highly skilled executives with critical experience in the field of complex system solutions for the casino environment, knowledge of casino and resort operations at the most advanced level and high-level understanding of the strategic importance of solutions which meet the compliance, security, financial integrity and customer relationship needs of resort operators.

Logistic Co-ordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic candidate to work for a cutting-edge technology company, and acquire insight into the casino gaming industry. This position requires a driven and motivated individual with a desire to provide the best possible service.

Job Description:
• Handle Inbound/Outbound shipping documents (including local, Mainland and overseas)
• Arrange and co-ordinating global shipments and follow up with factories and suppliers.
• Take charge in all import and export processes, be sure the steps are followed through, and regulations complied for global shipping.
• Maintain effective communication with overseas customers to provide timely updates on shipment status.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal team and support on any issue that arise within the shipping processes.
• Prepare all shipping documentation as required.
• Facilitate all warehouse logistics, transportation, and customer service including outdoor pickup/delivery.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements
• Diploma or associate degree with at least 3 years of shipping experience
• Macau ID is the must.
• Minimum 3 year experience in a manufacturer, trading company, multinational export/import company’s shipping department or freight forwarder is a must.
• Willing to learn, be able to work independently, well organized and pay attention to details.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS office including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Driver’s (automobile) license is an advantage.
• Immediate available is preferred.
