Logistics Assistant Manager / Logistics Manager

Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical & Medical Distributor in Macau. They are now looking for a Logistics Assistant Manager / Manager in Macau and offering attractive package including discretionary bonus, pension fund, medical benefit, life insurance, 5 working days and government public holiday etc.



  • Oversee warehouse and inventory control.

  • Plan and manage logistic, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

  • Supervise logistics and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities.

  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.

  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's supply chain.

  • Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.

  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

  • Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.

  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

  • Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.

  • Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, regulations and ISO requirements.

  • Maintain accurate & updated transaction records and prepare reports for upper management.

  • Manage and develop logistics staff.

  • Maintain good relationship with internal and external parties.



  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply chain Management or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experiences of which 3 years in managerial level.

  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation.

  • Proficient in logistics and inventory systems.

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good in PC knowledge, especially in MS office, knowledge of WMS and ERP will be an advantage.

  • Attention to details.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, handle multiple projects.

  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
