Officer – Distribution & Supply Chain (6-12 months Contract)

Job Description
• Handle daily routine reporting and vehicle licensing documentations
• Oversee the vehicle transportation and collaborate with logistics providers to optimize shipment arrivals
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize the storage utilization and delivery demand
• Work closely with Sales and After-Sales to ensure smooth vehicle delivery services
• Manage and maintain Macau Vehicle Sales & Stock System (Autoline)
• Prepare Monthly Production Rundown & Order Request to Distribution Team and OEM
• Ad-hoc reports and projects

Requirements
• Degree holder in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience in vehicle sales administration function
• Detail-oriented with pleasant communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Holder of Valid driving license is highly preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent command of PC applications and experience in statistical analysis
• Holder of valid driving license will be an added advantage
