• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the operations team.
• Monitor and manage inventory for order processing, and coordinate with the IC department to prevent any discrepancies
• Deliver excellent and all-rounded customer services
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
• Participate in annual audits and ensure that operations and documents comply with laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Train and mentor workers to enhance their daily working performance, and develop their skills and capabilities.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

We are looking for someone with:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related disciplines
• 5 years of working experience in warehouse and distribution management or logistics experience
• Experience in customs declaration procedure, food quarantine inspection with IAM and import license application.
• Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese and English word processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Coordinator
