Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering;
5 years or above relevant working experience in civil engineering area, preferable in maintenance or building service;
Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
Positive and affirmative communication skills.
