Assistant Professor of Finance and Accounting (Ref. No.: FBL-AP53)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist as required in the development and implementation of the overall policies, goals, and objectives of the UNIVERSITY;
2. Maintain all forms of confidential, sensitive or personal information in a manner that ensures its privacy and safety;
3. Take all reasonable precautions to protect confidential and classified information from disclosure;
4. Assist in the development and implementation of the academic programmes, curriculum and other activities of the UNIVERSITY;
5. Perform the duties of an Assistant Professor which include, but are not limited to, teaching, supervising, faculty research and faculty service;
6. Assist in coordinating students’ activities within the faculty; and assist in preparing documentations for faculty related projects;
7. Attend scheduled tutoring services, other UNIVERSITY curricular meetings and staff development, UNIVERSITY promoted business and social functions, as necessary or required, both on- and off- campus.

Requirements:
1. PhD in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or other relevant filed (with specialisation or background in Finance and Accounting);
2. At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience with teaching modules in accounting and finance, preferably also experience in teaching other business administration modules;
3. Prior teaching experience in the Tertiary Education sector is required;
4. Experience in supervising master dissertation;
5. A proven record of publication in business journals;
6. Must be proficient in English, and proficiency in Chinese or Portuguese is preferable;
7. Macao ID holder preferable.

Salary and benefits will be commensurable with the qualifications and experience of candidates.
