Job Duties: 1. Manage all Operations of the Foundation and implement its vision 2. Provide operations oversight for connected projects, e.g., for Management, Teacher Training, Institutional Capacity Building, HR, 3. Ensure Regulatory and Legal Compliance 4. Serve as legal representative for Foundation 5. Conduct Research on Education and Learning 6. Oversee Curriculum Development, including the Hidden Gems and METL curriculum 7. Oversee development of administrative systems 8. Serve on and coordinate meetings of School and Foundation Boards (e.g. Board of Curators, Board of Administrators, School Council) 9. Manage Budget and Finances 10. Coordinate Fundraising, including development of funding sources, donor relations and grant reporting. 11. Lead Communications, including annual report, website content, newsletter, and external enquiries 12. Liaise with various Project Heads 13. Organize Seminars and conferences with others in the field of education and development Qualifications: 1. A research-based, Master degree or Ph.D. in Education, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or similar 2. At least 5 years of experience as a senior director or serving on a Board of an Educational Non-Profit entity 3. At least 2 to 5 years of legal experience 4. Significant familiarity with “Moral Empowerment” (or “the Baha’i-inspired educational framework”)—the educational philosophy and approach of the Foundation 5. Proven ability to write and publish original academic research in related fields 6. Fluency in English
